You will handle precise data entry, inventory reconciliation, and coordinate between warehouse, sales, and management to maintain accurate stock levels. Fishbowl Inventory experience is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management practices, receiving procedures, storage protocols, and auditing.
• Hands-on experience with the Fishbowl Inventory system or similar ERP/inventory software.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Sales Orders: Enter orders into Fishbowl accurately.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: Regular stock reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Warehouse Operations: Coordinate with receiving, storage, and fulfillment teams.
