Job summary

CBH Homes in Idaho seeks an Accounting & Inventory Control Specialist for an in-office administrative role. You will handle precision data entry, inventory reconciliation, and coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management to keep stock perfectly balanced.

Experience with Fishbowl Inventory is a major plus; the move to Caldwell in 2027 offers growth and a chance to shape our inventory workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, receiving procedures, and stock auditing.
• Hands-on Fishbowl Inventory or similar ERP software proficiency.
• Exceptional data-entry accuracy with attention to record-keeping details.
• Strong verbal and written communication to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Sales Orders: accurately process orders into Fishbowl without omissions.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: perform stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Warehouse Operations: coordinate with receiving, storage and fulfillment to streamline workflows.
• Cross-Team Communication: serve as a clear bridge between warehouse, sales, and management.
