Job summary

WillScot is seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented accounting/finance professional to support inventory control, purchase orders, and close processes. You will work with field operations, procurement, and accounting to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process standardization, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and SAP experience are preferred, with a path to grow within a national leader in portable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience, including public accounting.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Excel.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control processes, inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance research.
• Assist field personnel with inventory, purchase order, and material-related questions and processes.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, accounting, and other departments on process improvements and special projects.
• Prepare reports and analysis to support operational and accounting decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and compliance.
• Prepares and completes month-end close processing ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
• Communicates with internal and external auditors and satisfies their requests for information.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance is required to fulfill the essential functions of the job
