Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2+ years related experience required.
• Experience with Right Angle’s ETRM application strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Inventory Balances across locations and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze pipeline tickets, terminal reports, rail reports and refinery tank balances.
• Prepare and record journal entries for accruals and volumetric activity.
• Monitor take-or-pay agreements and related activity for accruals and financial impact.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Actualization teams to resolve BOL matching issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with yield accounting, operations, billing, commercial and marketing teams.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and exceptions.
• Contribute to special projects and ensure internal controls compliance.
