Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Invasive CV Technologist to support physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures at St James Hospital in Butte, MT.

Responsibilities include preparing and labeling patient data, maintaining equipment, assisting with catheter insertions, monitoring hemodynamic data, and ensuring safety and infection control in the cath lab. 40-hour weeks with 10-hour shifts and call.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS within 12 months.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician during diagnostic angiography, heart cath, and related procedures.
• Prepare and label patient data, maintain charts and records with iodine allergy notes.
• Maintain equipment, inspect supplies, and ensure radiation safety compliance.
• Review patient history, support clinical data entry, and schedule lab procedures.
• Monitor hemodynamic data, recognize dysrhythmias, and communicate changes to the team.
