Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Invasive CV Technologist to support physicians during cardiovascular and interventional procedures at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. You will assist with catheter insertions, angiography, angioplasty, stent procedures, and pacemaker insertions, applying knowledge of vascular anatomy during imaging and maintaining accurate patient records.

You will also ensure equipment cleanliness, monitor supplies, and follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines

Qualifications

• Language skills to read, analyze, and interpret professional information and regulations.
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and understand measurements in clinical data.
• Reasoning ability to solve problems and interpret instructions in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with catheter insertions, angiography, angioplasty, stent procedures and pacemaker insertions.
• Maintain and label patient charts, ensure accurate procedure data and documentation.
• Perform equipment cleaning, verify supplies and manage inventory and expiration dates.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
• Schedule procedures, review patient history and ensure proper clinical data is recorded.
