Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks an experienced Cath Lab RN for invasive cardiology procedures. The role supports adult cardiology, electrophysiology and vascular patients. Full-time days, 4/10 hour days, with call requirements once weekly and every six weeks within a 30-minute radius.

Minimum 2 years of CVICU/Cath Lab experience required; ER candidates with Level I trauma experience may be considered. Relocation assistance and a $15,000 sign-on are available for eligible external candidates.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program or (2) two years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical judgment through accurate assessments and nursing care planning.
• Advocacy and patient safety while coordinating with the care team.
• Facilitates learning and collaboration among staff and patients.
