The Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional at Baylor Scott & White Health in Irving, TX. The RN coordinates patient care in the invasive cardiology labs, assesses patients, develops care plans, and collaborates with physicians, anesthesia, and the nursing team to ensure safe, timely procedures.

This full-time day position includes a 4/10 hour shift, call one day per week and one weekend every six weeks within a 30-minute radius.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of high-level Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU and/or Cath Lab RN experience.
• ER candidates with minimum 2 years of Level I Trauma experience may be considered.
• Current RN license; BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care plan.
• Delegate interventions to staff based on competencies.
• Ensure safe passage for patients through the nursing process.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesia, and team members.

Trauma exposure (ER)
