Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist/Cath Lab Tech to support catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. You will prepare rooms, assist physicians, monitor patients, and ensure equipment readiness. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered.

Minimum requirements include RCIS/RCES/ARRT R within 6 months of hire and on-call duties; prior procedural hospital experience is preferred. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• On-call availability per facility policy.
• Minimum RCIS/RCES/ARRT R certification or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in invasive cardiovascular procedures preferred.
• BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with arteriograms and catheterizations.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields; set up procedure rooms.
• Monitor ECG, pressures, temperature and patient status during procedures.
• Operate RF/Cryo ablation systems and 3D mapping.
• Manage and audit procedure data and reports.
• Transport patients to and from procedural area.
