Job summary

ASM Research seeks a senior endpoint management authority to lead a small team and drive modern device management via Microsoft Intune. You will guide migrations from legacy tools to Intune, enforce Zero Trust alignment, and deliver reliable enrollment, policy, and app deployment across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

You will mentor technicians, develop runbooks, and partner with security and service desks to sustain secure, compliant environments in a regulated government setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy client-management tools to Intune.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and conditional access in DoD/government environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3+ person endpoint management team and mentor staff.
• Oversee design, deployment, and optimization of Intune policies and configurations.
• Manage large-scale migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, policy, and app deployment issues across platforms.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and SOPs for sustained ops.
• Collaborate with security and networking to align with Zero Trust.
