Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an expert for Microsoft Intune-led endpoint management in a regulated environment. You will mentor a 3+ technician team, migrate legacy configurations to Intune, and ensure enrollment, policy, and compliance across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

The role requires DoD clearance, M365 Endpoint Admin cert, and DoD 8140 compliance, with emphasis on Zero Trust and secure access in a government setting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including policy & enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140 compliance at appropriate IAT/IAM level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Experience mentoring and leading a 3+ technician team.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across platforms.
• Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune profiles during migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Intune).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, reporting.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues; escalation point.
• Work with Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust in a regulated environment.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians.
