Job summary

ASM Research seeks a senior endpoint management lead to drive Microsoft Intune strategies in a regulated government environment. You will mentor a 3+ technician team, migrate from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, and align configurations with Zero Trust and conditional access.

Responsibilities include designing enrollment workflows, automating via Graph API, troubleshooting enrollment and policy issues, and producing runbooks and SOPs to sustain long-term operations.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune including compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and enrollment.
• DoD 8140/8570 compliance at the appropriate IAT/IAM level.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Translate legacy baselines and GPOs to modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Designs, deploys, and troubleshoots enrollment workflows including Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, and Android zero-touch.
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for packaging, policy deployment, and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and policy conflicts; act as escalation point.
• Align Intune configs with Entra ID conditional access and Zero Trust in a regulated government environment.
• Develop migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews and career development plans.
