Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior endpoint management lead to own Microsoft Intune deployment, policy baselines, and migrations from SCCM. You will guide a 3+ technician team, mentor staff, and collaborate with security and service desks to maintain Zero Trust and compliant endpoints across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

This role requires DoD clearance and deep hands-on Intune expertise, with a track record of enterprise migrations and robust runbooks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune incl. compliance policies, profiles, app deployment, and enrollment.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy client-management tools (e.g., SCCM) to Intune.
• Proven track record mentoring and developing a 3+ technician team.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, macOS.
• Oversee large-scale migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune and translate baselines to Intune profiles.
• Design and optimize enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Implement Graph API automation for packaging, deployments, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Provide advanced root-cause analysis for enrollment and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and service desk to enforce Zero Trust and compliance.
