Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Intune Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise mobile management with a focus on Microsoft Intune and ABM. You will collaborate with security, architecture, ops, and product teams to ensure a secure, scalable mobile ecosystem.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, automation via PowerShell, and maintenance of documentation and runbooks in a complex enterprise environment, onsite across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise mobile device management environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and engineering.
• Strong experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and managing Apple enterprise enrollment solutions.
• Experience with Intune SDK, application wrapping technologies, and mobile application deployment processes.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• SQL experience for reporting, troubleshooting, or platform support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Apple enterprise mobility solutions, managing ABM and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and platform management.
• Manage mobile application onboarding, testing, certification, and deployment processes, including application wrapping and Intune SDK support.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
• Work closely with Information Security, Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and external vendors.

Location: Jacksonville, FL / Plano, TX / Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to join our Corporate Mobile Engineering team. This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for the design, implementation, automation, and ongoing support of enterprise mobile management solutions, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Apple device management. The successful candidate will work closely with security, architecture, operations, and product teams to ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available mobile ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Microsoft Intune solutions, including MDM policies, compliance requirements, and device configurations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Apple enterprise mobility solutions, managing Apple Business Manager (ABM) and related technologies.

• Python or additional scripting/automation experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise mobility ecosystems.
• ITIL process knowledge and operational support experience.
• Experience working within large, heavily regulated enterprise environments.
