Everforth Apex is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead multi-team programs end-to-end, aligning scope with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will coordinate dependencies, drive automation, and provide real-time delivery health insights to leadership.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and shared services, with emphasis on intake governance, risk management, and change controls. On-site, 10-month contract.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years leading multi-team delivery in product/platform environments.
  • Experience as Program/Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
  • Proficient in intake governance and RAID reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and AI-accelerated workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise change, security, and compliance.

Technical Program Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (On-site)

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 10 Months

Role Overview

The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution and delivery of complex program and platform initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams. Acting as the single point of orchestration, this role sets clear work objectives, manages dependencies, and enables automation-driven flow throughout the delivery lifecycle. This position provides end-to-end visibility into delivery health using real-time data, reduces unnecessary ceremony to improve decision velocity, and ensures teams remain focused and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and clear deliverables.
  • Orchestrate cross-team work, ensuring dependencies, risks, and integration points are well understood and proactively managed.
  • Promote automation-first delivery practices to improve flow, reduce manual effort, and increase predictability.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting using real-time delivery and operational data.
  • Partner with product, engineering, platform, and shared services teams to ensure smooth delivery of program and platform outcomes.
  • Manage intake and work prioritization to match team capacity and reduce overload.
  • Support operational readiness including testing, environment preparation, controls, and support transition.
  • Maintain compliance with enterprise change, security, and audit standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, flow diagnostics, and structured feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
  • 7 or more years leading multi-team delivery in product, platform, or enterprise environments.
  • Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success with intake governance, dependency management, WIP limits, and RAID rigor.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and AI accelerated workflows.
  • Proficiency with delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools.
  • Experience navigating enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with platform rollouts, modernization initiatives, or technical migrations.
  • Knowledge of CI, CD, automated testing, security scanning, or release automation concepts.
  • Experience with delivery metrics and value stream or flow oriented practices.
  • Familiarity with operational readiness, SLOs, and support models.
  • Financial fluency in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience using AI tools for story refinement, documentation, or delivery automation.
