Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity/IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems or endpoint administration.
• At least 1 year managing devices through Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in technical and non-technical environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Windows Update for Business.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for all corporate devices.
• Ensure timely Windows Updates, security patches, and application updates.
• Create, deploy, and manage device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Monitor device health and compliance using Intune reports and Azure AD insights.
• Develop and monitor diagnostic reports and dashboards for metrics.
