Night Shift Schedule

• General Surgery Nocturnist.
• APP would float between vascular and GI services - working on inpatient non‑ICU floors.
• Nightshift (5p-6a shifts) Monday-Friday
• Looking for someone that can work 2-3 shifts per week.
• No on‑call or weekends.

Payrate- $80-100

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of general surgery patients, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with surgeons, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide advanced clinical care, including post‑operative management, wound care, and other necessary procedures.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care support as needed. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, postoperative care, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow‑up.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
