Role Overview

The APP works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and provides comprehensive and age‑appropriate care to both well and/or ill patients. Educates patients and intervenes in acute or chronic illness.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Work Schedule: 40 hours a week with 12‑13 hour shifts (6A‑6P, 6P‑6A).
• Patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:6.
• Must have CVSICU experience, line placement competency proof, and experience with transplant, VAD, and ECMO.
• Current Acute care NP license or board‑certified physician assistant.
• EPIC experience.
• Care of CVSICU patient population.
• Compensation $80‑100/hr.
