Job summary

Neuromonitoring Associates Llc in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Neurotechnologist (NT) to perform real-time intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring. The NT will set up patients, monitor neural structures during surgery, and relay data to the interpreting neurologist and surgical team.

CNIM certification is required, and travel to cover cases in other regions may be necessary. Responsibilities include daily monitoring, documenting cases, and staying current with credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline required.
• Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and surgical monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time intraoperative monitoring during surgical cases.
• Implement clinical and operational policies and protocols.
• Close out each case with required documentation within 24 hours.
• Participate in weekend/PM call rotation.
• Communicate with remote neurologists and surgical team during procedures.
• Maintain credentialing requirements and travel to cover cases as needed.
