Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services provides intraoperative neuromonitoring services to surgeons and healthcare facilities. This role involves real-time monitoring of the nervous system during surgery, accurate data collection, and collaboration with the surgical team.

The Neurophysiologist will document IOM data, maintain equipment, and participate in ongoing training and career development. Field-based with travel up to 25% across assigned hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience; CNIM preferred.
• CNIM certification required.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and obtain hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s nervous system during surgery and communicate findings to surgeon.
• Display and label waveforms, measure latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times.
• Prepare IOM logs and timely file uploads; maintain documentation.
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and company policies; ensure compliance with laws.
