Paw Paw Public School District is seeking an Intramural Boys Basketball Coach for the Paw Paw Middle School for the 2026/2027 season. The contract runs from November 11 to December 18, with the start in October 2026.

The coach will develop practice plans, teach basic basketball skills to 6th-8th grade players, and foster positive character traits in athletes within a coordinated basketball curriculum, reporting to the Athletic Director.

Formación

• Must possess high school diploma.
• Experience playing basketball.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working within a coordinated basketball curriculum.
• Strong personal/social skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Middle School Students.
• First Aid/CPR Certified (preferred).
• Experience organizing/running practices.
• Possesses knowledge of the MHSAA basketball rules and regulations.
• Willingness to build meaningful positive relationships with staff and student body.
• Possesses the ability to motivate players to work toward program philosophy/goals.

Responsabilidades

• Be a productive and cohesive coach that works to develop all players from grades 6-8.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess high school diploma
