Job summary

Duke University Health System seeks a Clinical Nurse (RN) for the Vascular/Interventional Radiology team at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. The RN will provide and supervise total nursing care in a high-acuity setting, guided by the nursing process and hospital policies.

Applicants should have 1+ year of clinical nursing experience, NC RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN or higher (or equivalent) with continued BSN progression as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year clinical nurse experience preferred; CN2 requires at least 1 year RN experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) or Nursing Diploma program; enroll in BSN if lacking.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise total nursing care for patients in a high-acuity interventional radiology setting.
• Utilize nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care; participate in clinical ladder and educational activities.
