Job summary

Duke University Health System seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse (RN) to join the Arringdon Interventional Radiology team in Morrisville, NC.

This on-site role offers two 8-hour shifts per week with no on-call, and orientation in Vascular Interventional Radiology may be required. Candidates must hold an NC RN license and ACLS certification; BSN or higher preferred and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred; CN2 requires 1+ year RN experience.
• BSN or higher required; ADN or Diploma acceptable with BSN enrollment within 2 years.
• Current NC RN license or compact license to practice in NC; ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise total nursing care per the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in IR procedures.
• Assist with pre/post procedure care and coordinate with the IR team.
