• Lead a team or charge nurse for a group of patients or unit.
• Monitor environment and equipment, ensure safety and resource readiness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Provide patient and family education throughout the care cycle.
• Participate in on-call coverage for urgent procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
