Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to provide field level support for the Interventional Surgery division, execute surgical case support and training, and build strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.

You will conduct product in-servicing, assessments, and demonstrations, collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing teams, analyze territory sales performance to identify opportunities, and maintain accurate account records while controlling expenses within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Ability to work in an Operating Room respectfully.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing field level support for the Interventional Surgery division.
• Execute field level surgical case support and professional training plans.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct product in-servicing, assessments, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing teams.
• Analyze territory sales performance and identify areas of opportunity.
