Job summary

Banner Health’s Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix, in partnership with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible PM&R physician with Interventional Spine fellowship to join the Scottsdale Spine Program as an outpatient Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine specialist.

You will work in a multidisciplinary Spine Center, collaborating with neurosurgeons, therapists and researchers to deliver evidence-based spine care and participate in

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
• Interest in academic medicine and program development.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient interventional spine and pain medicine care.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Spine Center with neurosurgeons, therapists and other specialists.
• Engage in teaching, research and program development activities.
• Participate in resident and medical student education.
