Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
• Interest in academic medicine and program development.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, therapists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive spine care.
• Practice within a state-of-the-art environment delivering coordinated specialty care.
• Engage in research, teaching, and program development; participate in resident and medical student education.
