Job summary

Banner Health's Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix, in partnership with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine to join the Scottsdale Spine Program.

The successful candidate will collaborate with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, therapists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, evidence-based spine

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine.
  • Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
  • Interest in academic medicine and program development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient interventional spine and pain medicine care.
  • Collaborate with neurosurgery, rehab, and therapy teams.
  • Contribute to resident and medical student education.
  • Participate in research, teaching, and program development.
  • Provide evidence-based spine care to improve patient outcomes.
