Job summary

Banner Health's Banner University Medical Group – Phoenix seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine to join the Scottsdale Spine Program. This is an outpatient, multidisciplinary role within Banner University Medical Group Phoenix and the Scottsdale Spine Center.

The successful candidate will work with neurosurgery, rehabilitation, therapists, and APPs to deliver evidence-based spine care,

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
• Interest in academic medicine and program development.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time outpatient interventional spine and pain medicine care.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery, rehabilitation, and other specialists.
• Engage in research, teaching, and program development.
• Participate in resident and medical student education.
• Contribute to an integrated multidisciplinary spine program.
