Banner University Medical Group Phoenix in partnership with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician with fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine to join the Scottsdale Spine Program.

The successful candidate will work with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and therapists within a comprehensive spine center, focusing on evidence-based care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine.
• Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
• Interest in academic medicine and program development.

Responsibilities

• Join the Scottsdale Spine Program and provide full-time outpatient interventional spine and pain medicine care.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive spine care.
• Build and grow a thriving clinical practice within a multidisciplinary Spine Center.
• Engage in research, teaching, and program development activities.
• Participate in resident and medical student education and clinical education initiatives.
• Access to advanced imaging, rehabilitation, and specialty support services.
