RenalCare Associates is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Renal Intervention Center team. This role supports patients through pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting focused on renal and vascular access procedures.

The ideal candidate will be clinically strong, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative surgical environment while upholding safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Illinois RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (or ability to obtain within first month).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver pre- and post-operative patient care.
• Administer medications and IV fluids safely.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia staff during procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and adher to aseptic technique.

3+ years nursing experience

Dialysis/Nephrology exposure
