Job summary

American Endovascular and Amputation Prevention in Upper Manhattan is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, outpatient procedure-based role. You will assess and care for patients in Pre, Intra and Post Op, administering medications and moderate sedation under physician direction.

Responsibilities include documenting in charts, coordinating follow-up, maintaining readiness for inspections, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years Critical Care, ER, Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience.
• Intra op monitoring experience preferred.
• Full Time availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Administer medications per established policies and guidelines.
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, venipuncture, specimen collection, and educate patients.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and/or reagents; may order supplies as authorized.
• Record diagnosis, treatment plans, progress notes and doctors’ orders in patient charts.
• Coordinate and participate in patient follow-up care.
• Maintain readiness for inspections and ensure smooth patient flow.
