Interventional Radiology Technologist PRN

Requirements: ARRT certification required. Interventional Radiology experience preferred.

Job Summary: Performs a variety of imaging exams used in the diagnostic treatment of illnesses and injuries.

Responsibilities include:

• Positioning patients and selecting appropriate technical parameters.
• Implementing radiation safety standards.
• Assisting physicians with procedures.
• Preparing and administering contrast media and medications within scope of practice.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Submitting high-quality images and documentation promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and safe department environment.

Education: Associate's degree.

Experience: No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and other physical activities as detailed.

Licenses and Certifications: BLS, ARRT Radiography, and applicable state licenses depending on location.

Work Shift: Day shift.

Job Type: Part-time, PRN.
