Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in invasive angiographic procedures in the IR suite. You will scrub and circulate, manage patient care during and after procedures, and ensure proper documentation and safety protocols.

The role requires ARRT/RCIS certification, CPR, and possibly ACLS. 40 hours per week, night schedule (Mon-Thu 7:30pm-6:00am) with holiday call rotation; sign-on bonus eligible based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT or RCIS registration/certification and CPR.
• Preferred: 1 year Diagnostic Radiology and 1 year Interventional Radiology experience.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized radiography and fluoroscopic coverage under physician direction.
• Explains procedures to patients and prepares them for procedures.
• Obtains medications/contrast materials as directed for administration.
• Circulates during procedures and maintains patient comfort.
• Provides supplies for invasive procedures and processes related reports.
