Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to assist in invasive angio and interventional procedures within the IR suite. You will scrub, circulate, and care for patients during and after procedures in a high-demand environment.

Requirements include ARRT/RCIS certification and CPR, with 1 year experience in radiology preferred. The position offers a sign-on bonus eligibility and 40 hours per week, typically nights from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT-recognized radiologic technology program with interventional training.
• Registered and certified by ARRT or RCIS; CPR certification required.
• Preference for 1 year in diagnostic and 1 year in interventional radiology.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiography and fluoroscopic coverage for interventional procedures under physician direction.
• Explain procedures to patients and prep them for procedures.
• Circulate during procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain reports for hemodynamic data and contrast materials.
