Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Per Diem role in Massachusetts. The technologist supports diagnostic and interventional IR procedures, assists radiologists, operates imaging systems, and ensures safety and quality in a fast-paced interventional suite.

The candidate should have an ARRT license, MA RT, ACLS/BLS, and 3–5 years of angiography experience. Per diem scheduling varies by department needs with competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• Must be able to work in a 20lbs lead apron.
• Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical specific to functional areas and related systems.
• Knowledge of IR lab inventory.
• Minimum 3 years recent related experience in Angiography (Special Procedures).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the interventional radiologist/vascular surgeon in diagnostic and invasive IR procedures.
• Operate imaging and interventional equipment and evaluate image quality.
• Manage supply inventory, expiration tracking, stocking, and monthly checks.
• Troubleshoot adjunct modalities and record/analyze data from IR procedures.
• Provide skills to assist physicians in IR and vascular procedures.
• Support shift coverage and on-call responsibilities.
• Follow scheduling and documentation guidelines; maintain accurate records.
• Cross-train and orient staff and students.
