Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Interventional Radiology Radiographer to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures with a focus on safety and patient care. You will work across adolescent to geriatric populations, ensuring protocol adherence and high-quality imaging.

The role requires ARDMS or ARRT registration upon hire, BLS, and preferred advanced ARRT VI or CI certification. This position is based at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required.
• ARDMS or ARRT registration required upon hire; BLS required; advanced ARRT VI or CI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competence in interventional radiology procedures on patients of all ages.
• Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and uses required imaging equipment.
• Maintains competencies and follows established imaging protocols.
• Delivers age-specific patient care and adheres to radiation safety policies.
• Provides patient education and clear communication.
