Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform interventional radiology procedures and ensure patient safety across age groups. You will follow imaging protocols, maintain equipment, and deliver clear patient education under supervision.

Requirements include AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accreditation, and ARRT registration with BLS certification; VI/CI preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training.
• Registered by ARRT (R).
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, and related studies for diverse patient populations.
• Completes post-processing and records, adheres to imaging protocols and dose reduction principles.
• Provides patient education and ensures quality care across age groups.
• Maintains competency in positioning, protocol selection, and equipment use.
