Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• BLS certification required by law.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R).

Responsabilités

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral and GI studies.
• Completes all post-processing and related record-keeping.
• Ensures adherence to imaging protocols for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Maintains competence for all related components and equipment.
• Provides patient education and communication following prescribed standards.
• Adheres to radiation safety policies and dose reduction.
• Positioning and protocol selection for radiological exams across age groups.
