Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA is seeking an Interventional Procedure Technologist III – Multi-Modality to perform diagnostic and neuroradiologic interventions under the direction of the Technical Director of IR/INR. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, MARadTech license, RT/ART registration, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time day position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for cross-training, equipment evaluation, and research

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required.
License MARadTech-Radiography and RT/ART registration required; BLS certification required.
3–5 years related work experience required.
Experience with computer systems, including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians and follow protocols in diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Operate imaging and interventional equipment and evaluate image quality.
Maintain supply inventory and monitor expirations; perform monthly checks.
Assist with shift coverage and on-call responsibilities.
Schedule and document exams (imaging, PACS) and maintain records.
Explain procedures clearly and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Cross-train and orient staff; support unit operations.
Adhere to radiation safety policies and use protective equipment as required.
