Fresenius Medical Care invites qualified candidates to join our Brownsville, TX interventional radiology team as a full-time Radiologic Technologist. You will assist physicians during procedures, manage supplies, and ensure patient safety and imaging quality in a fast-paced health facility.

You should hold ARRT certification or state licensure, with 4–6 years of related experience preferred; new grads considered. Competitive benefits and quarterly bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; and Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Current ARRT Certification and/or State Licensure as per state regulations.
• Interventional Radiology certificate preferred.
• 4–6 years’ related experience desirable; 1 year with ARRT accepted.
• Working knowledge of interventional equipment (C-Arm, Ultrasound) and sterile techniques.
• Experience with procedures, materials/supplies management and universal precautions.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and procedure room in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review orders to determine needed materials and supplies.
• Set up stocks and trays; clean procedure room post-procedure.
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions or concerns.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures and monitor radiation safety.
• Transport patients and input data into the C-Arm system.
• Maintain medical records, CQI participation and inventory controls.
• Assist in training and orienting new staff; ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and environment, enforce safety standards.
