RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Special Procedure Technologist in New Jersey. The role supports nursing and physician teams, assisting with Interventional Radiology procedures, ensuring quality standards and patient comfort throughout examinations.

Qualified candidates hold ARRT and NJ DEP licenses, BLS, and have radiology experience with IR procedures. This is a day shift, part-time position with a pay range reflecting hourly compensation in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active, valid ARRT and NJ DEP license.
• BLS through the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum of 2 years radiology experience preferred.
• Procedural Interventional Radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing and physician team in coordinating daily work from a technical aspect.
• Assist Interventional Radiology team in preparation, performance and completion of examinations.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance standards are met.
• Ensure patient comfort while maintaining technical standards during procedures.
