The University of Kansas Health System seeks an Interventional Radiologic Technologist at Bell Hospital to support diagnostic, interventional and ultrasound-guided imaging in sterile, surgical environments.

The role requires licensure, ARRT Radiography credential, and BLS. You will assist with sterile prep, document contrast use and charges, and maintain radiation safety while enabling high-quality patient care in a fast-paced radiology department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• BLS Heartsaver (Non-Clinical) - AHA.
• Radiography (R) credential from ARRT.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist within 90 days.
• Second language preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist during physician-supervised procedures with sterile preparation of access areas and supplies.
• Document use of contrast material and patient charges.
• Perform radiologic imaging across vascular, spinal, chest, abdomen, pelvis and extremities.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices.
• Participate in on-call duties and possible overtime to complete patient care.
• Train Radiology residents as requested.
