LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Clinical Specialist to perform and assist in cardiac, neuro, body, and vascular-interventional procedures, prioritizing patient safety and high-quality imaging.

The role involves preparing and administering medications, documenting radiation exposure, evaluating images for diagnosis, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring hemodynamic data while operating imaging and monitoring equipment.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R certification required; advanced ARRT credentials (VI/CI/CV) preferred.
• Cardiology track requires RCIS; ACLS certification preferred.
• PALS may be required on certain campuses.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, verify patient identity, and prepare for exams while respecting confidentiality.
• Utilize imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles.
• Administer medications via vascular access, evaluate image quality, and ensure proper data transfer and storage.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers; assist or perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Maintain intra-arterial access, perform manual hemostasis, and operate physiological monitoring devices.
• Implement ACLS protocols as needed, practice sterile techniques, and record hemodynamic data.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and demonstrate proficiency in all assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills: Certification by ARRT-R with advanced certification in ARRT-VI, CI, or CV for Interventional Radiology. For Cardiology, graduation from an accredited program or ARRT certification with RCIS, plus ACLS certification. PALS required on specific campuses. Strong technical skills, attention to safety, and ability to educate others are essential.
