Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in interventional radiology to perform routine and specialized imaging procedures under supervision. You will operate radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment, ensure patient safety, and support physicians during complex procedures.

Requirements include an ARRT-certified program, three years of hospital fluoroscopy experience, and accurate documentation in Kaiser Medical Records systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent radiologic technologist experience in a hospital with fluoroscopy.
• Graduate of an ARRT-certified program required.
• Radiologic Technologist Certification and state licensure as applicable required.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced imaging equipment and apply ionizing radiation per SOPs.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic image-guided procedures.
• Adhere to ALARA radiation safety principles.
• Assist IR physicians with procedures and prep.
• Communicate with patients and staff about procedures and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
