Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join the Interventional Radiology Department in Ohio. You will assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, and neuroscience lines and care for patients from infants to the elderly.

You will work under fluoroscopy, must be on-call on a rotating basis, and uphold MetroHealth's mission and patient-centered care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Radiographer License for the State of Ohio.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification from the AHA or obtained within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Care for patient populations from infancy to geriatric.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment during procedures involving fluoroscopy.
• Work in a multipurpose role per MetroHealth policies and ODH regulations.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of MetroHealth System.
