Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio seeks an Interventional Radiology Radiologic Technologist to assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy. You will work across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines, providing safe care for a patient range from infancy to geriatric.

Responsibilities include supporting the fluoroscopy operator, adhering to policies, and upholding MetroHealth's mission and standards while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year of hire; BLS certification.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours rotating with the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist under fluoroscopy with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology and neuroscience service lines.
• Care for patient populations from infancy to geriatric in a safe environment.
• Support the fluoroscopy operator and adhere to MetroHealth policies and ODH regulations.
• Uphold the mission, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
• Interact effectively with diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced setting.
