Job summary

MetroHealth's Interventional Radiology Department is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist in a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures under fluoroscopy, spanning vascular, cardiology, and neuroscience services. The role serves a wide age range from infancy to geriatric and emphasizes patient safety and comfort.

The position requires ARRT-registered radiologic technologists, Ohio licensure, BLS and ACLS (or within one year), and a rotating on-call schedule, with a 4x10 hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Possess a valid Radiographer License for the State of Ohio.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT.
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification from the AHA or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the fluoroscopy operator, assists with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Care for a patient population from infancy to geriatric.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment during fluoroscopy procedures.
• Follow MetroHealth policies and ODH regulations in all duties.
• Uphold the mission, values and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
