Job summary

MetroHealth's Interventional Radiology Department in Ohio seeks a Radiologic Technologist to assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiac, and neuro service lines. The role supports fluoroscopy, ensures patient safety, and works under supervision of the fluoroscopy operator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Possess a valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in good standing.
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• On-call hours rotating to meet department needs.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Provide a safe and supportive care environment for procedures involving fluoroscopy.
• Operate in a multipurpose role per MetroHealth policies and ODH regulations.
• Support the fluoroscopy operator under supervision.
• Uphold the MetroHealth System mission, vision, values and customer service standards.
