Job summary

MetroHealth in Parma, OH is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for Interventional Radiology. You will assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, and neuroscience service lines, under fluoroscopy, serving patients from infancy to geriatrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Possess a valid Radiographer License for the State of Ohio.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT.
• ACLS or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification from the AHA or obtain within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Care for patients ranging from infancy to geriatric.
• Provide a safe environment for procedures involving fluoroscopy.
• Function in a multipurpose role per policy and regulatory guidelines.
